Dr. Julie Gray
Dr. Julie Gray

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

As a native to Las Cruces, Dr. Julie Gray attended NMSU for undergraduate studies. She then attended Colorado State University, where she received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1985. Julie worked in Northern New Mexico in a mixed practice after graduating. She eventually made her way to Texas to continue working in a mixed animal practice. She and her husband returned to Las Cruces to start a family. One of her biggest milestones was the establishment of Arroyo Veterinary Clinic in 1989. Since then, she has diligently grown her practice from one doctor in a leased space to the current facility, which now supports three doctors and a close-knit team who is like family to her. It is Dr. Gray’s passion for Veterinary Medicine that drives her continued dedication to quality care of animals in the Mesilla Valley.

Dr. Kaitlyn Gray

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

Dr. Kaitlyn Gray was born and raised here in Las Cruces, New Mexico. She started working as a technician at Arroyo Veterinary Clinic while attending New Mexico State University for her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. After completion of her undergraduate degree, she was then accepted into Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Then, in May of 2021, Dr. Kaitlyn Gray graduated from veterinary school and returned to her home town and clinic.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband, Zachary, and her many animals. They have two beautiful Australian Shepherds, Bee and Chandler, as well as a beloved Border Collie named Jett. They also have three wonderful cats, Olli, Binx, and Kiko. Despite Kiko’s small stature, she certainly runs the household.
